Yes, you read it right. We can install mac os x menu bar in windows pc using this application : Vifind.

To use this simply click on the .exe file, and accept the license agreement then your taskbar will disappear and converted into mac os menu bar. To get your taskbar back simply right click on the menu bar and click exit. To get taskbar and menu bar at a same time simply open the .exe file 2 times and exit the menu bar and boom you're ready to go!!!
